Liposculpture
This
operation is done to remove localized areas of fat from many areas of
the body. It does not tighten skin although sometimes the underlying tissues
seem pulled together by a thin layer of scar tissue (adhesions). Liposculpture
is not designed to remove large amounts of fat or treat obesity. A new
technique called ultrasonic liposculpture may be able to remove larger
amounts of fat. Cellulite is not usually improved by traditional liposculpture.
The method of surgery is to make small incisions through which the fat is removed in individual tubes. Different sized cannulae are used to remove the fat. The operation is done under either local, spinal, anesthetic (you are awake) or general anesthetic (you are asleep). You can choose but most patients are more comfortable asleep. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed.
Recovery takes one to two weeks. Most people can return to work in 2 to 4 days.
Rhinoplasty
This operation is done to reshape the nose. The operation can refine the appearance and reduce the size. In some patients who have difficulty breathing, this operation can help them breathe more normally. The operation can be done in all groups, including teens and the elderly.
The skin of the nose is separated from the underlying skeleton of bone and cartilage. The underlying structure is then reshaped and the skin re-draped over the new surface. Patients who have a deviated septum may benefit by correction of this problem at the time of surgery. Incisions are placed inside the nostrils. The operation is done under either local anesthetic (you are awake) or general anesthetic (you are asleep). Most patients choose general anesthetic. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed.
Recovery takes one to two weeks. Most people can return to work within a week.
Breast Augmentation
This operation is done to enhance or enlarge the breast. There are two
types of patients who need this operation. First, those who 
have
never developed breast tissue and second, those who had breast tissue
before pregnancy and lost it after they had children. The operation does
not tighten the breast or raise the nipple. If you have loose skin or
the nipple is low, you may want a breastlift.
There are many ways to perform breast enlargement. The method must be tailored to the individual patient needs. The principal is to create a pocket under the breast tissue and place an implant into that pocket. In some patients, the surgeon places the implant under the pectoral muscle and in others under the gland of the breast. The operation is done under either local anesthetic (you are awake) or general anesthetic (you are asleep). You can choose. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed.

Breastlift
This operation raises and reshapes sagging breasts. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. The best candidates for this operation are healthy, emotionally-stable women who are realistic about what the surgery can accomplish. The best results are usually achieved in women with small, sagging breasts. Breasts of any size can be lifted, but the results may not last as long in heavy breasts.
Techniques vary, but the most common procedure involves an anchor-shaped incision following the natural contour of the breast. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed.

Facelift
This operation is done to tighten the loose skin of the face and neck. It does not remove fine wrinkle lines; these require resurfacing of the skin. The forehead and eyelids are not tightened by a facelift. At the same time as the facelift, the surgeon can correct other causes of fullness in the face and neck. One of the most difficult areas to treat is the nasolabial fold, the crease between the nose and the corner of the mouth.
The surgery tightens the skin and underlying muscle of the face and neck. The incision is placed in the natural creases in front of the ear and inside the ear. It extends above the ear into the scalp and behind the ear on the hairline. The operation is done under either local anesthetic (you are awake) or general anesthetic (you are asleep). You can choose. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed. It is common to perform neck liposculpture at the same time as the facelift.

Laser Resurfacing
Resurfacing removes surface imperfections and dramatically reduces lines and wrinkles. Using an Aesthetic laser, sun damaged, aged skin is gently removed layer-by-layer, helping to protect and stimulate regeneration of the deeper, healthy skin.
No anesthesia is needed for this procedure. This is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed.

Laser Eyelid Rejuvenation
This operation is used to lift drooping upper eyelids and remove the sagging under-eye bags that appear with age. No visible skin incision is made.

Botox
Botox is a simple set of injections. It does not involve any
surgery and produces nearly immediate results. Wrinkles or lines from anger,
smiling, and surprise gradually form around the forehead, eyes, nose,mouth, and can extend
into the neck. Botox works by relaxing the muscles causing these expression lines.
One application causes them to disappear for 3 to 6 months. There is no surgery and
no 'recovery period' to worry about.
